Booking Terms Explained: Fuel, Tolls, Driver Stay, Payment and Cancellation
Most disputes with car rental come from things nobody said out loud. This page lists every point worth asking before you confirm, and shows where each answer is written.

Local and Out of Station rules
Local bookings inside Islamabad and Rawalpindi are normally agreed by the day or by the trip, with the hours and area clear in the quote. Out of Station bookings are agreed as a trip, with the route, number of days and daily limits clear in the quote.
Payment and cancellation
Advance payment and cancellation terms are confirmed in your quote. The general rules are written on our Refund and Cancellation Policy page and in the Terms of Service. If anything in the quote is unclear, ask before you confirm.
What we need from you
- Your name and phone or WhatsApp number
- Pickup address and destination
- Date, time and number of days
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Preferred vehicle, if any
If your plan changes
Tell us as soon as you know. Added stops, extra days or more waiting time change the quote, and it is always better to agree the change before the trip. We reply by phone and WhatsApp.

Is fuel included?
It depends on the trip. Whether fuel is included, or whether there are kilometre rules for out of station trips, is written in your quote.
Who pays tolls and parking?
This is agreed in your quote before the trip, so you know who pays what.
Do I pay in advance?
Advance payment and its amount are confirmed in your quote. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the general rules.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation terms are confirmed in your quote and described on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
